- Buyer pays Actual Shipping Costs Plus Packaging & Handling fee to US lower 48. Insurance is included in UPS shipments up to $100. Higher insurance values will be added as needed.
- Shipments will be made to verified addresses only.
- Products that are delicate and/or heavy are double boxed for safe shipping.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If a package is damaged, the carrier will refund shipping charges.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT POLICY: If there is damage to your product, upon receipt of shipment you will need to notify us immediately. You must keep all packaging materials on hand for claim inspection by the shipper. A claim will then be filed with the carrier and reimbursement made through that claim. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the reimbursement from the shipper.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:
- DachsieDesigns has a 30-Day Guarantee on the item unless it is stated to be sold AS-IS.
- 30-Day Guarantee: We will issue a refund if an item is broken, defective, or not as described. If there is a problem please contact us within 30 days after you have received your items. After 30 days we reserve the right to refuse any refund. Product serial number and ID marks must match before refunds can be made. (see special note below)
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Please supply us with the order number and reason for the return. Please wait for further instructions after you have contacted us. We will then supply you with a RMA number and shipping instructions.
- All returns require a RMA number and the item must be returned to us promptly.
Special Note: We record serial numbers and put identification marks on all products to prevent product switching.
